[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Failed withdrawal of amount to my bank account.

I tried to withdraw money from freecharge wallet to my bank account barring all their conditions. An amount rs.4000 was deducted in my freecharge wallet but it didnt credited to my bank account. The customer care was irresponsive, infact the worst ever seen by me. They are not even giving me a reply.

Someone please suggest me the way to file a compliant against them through online.

If you want any details of transaction, check from the various mails that i have already sent to your so called success team [protected]@freecharge.com, which no one from your side responded.

And when I filed a compliant in this site, u have replied so that your company's reputation may not be spoiled.

Such a irresponsible customer service I had ever seen...

I regret for using this freecharge.com and I swear I would never use this site again.
