Done a recharge of rs 63 from freecharge on 27 oct 2016 of tata docomo order id is FCVA[protected] in which there is scheme that u will recieve full talktime & call rate reduction. But the amount is not credited in my account. I contacted customre care of docomo they said there is no scheme as such it's only for call reduction & they dont know the freecharge offers. I have proofs & screenshots of freecharge offer. I m attaching the current balannce recharge recipts of both freecharge & docomo. In 24 hrs I got my money back.They refunded my 63rs in my freecharge wallet.
Freecharge should focus in establishing communication with telecompanies so that there should not be a false offer .
