Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Money deduced but recharge not done

On 14 September I recharged my mobile [protected] but I was not directed to recharge conformation screen and money is also deducted from my account my order I'd was FCVA[protected] . free charge do not have any customer care no which could be helpful to us .so I will request the company to kindly check and resolve my problem. It caused very inconvenience to me.
