[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Recharge Issues | |||||
I have done my two recharge from free recharge.in yesterday evening. But as per the recharge status my payment got failed and recharge not done also I have not received the money in my bank account or in freecharge wallet. Please provide me status of my failed payment. I need it very urgent as if the payment got failed the money should be transferred in my bank account or in my wallet. We understand that you are worried about the deduction from your account for a recharge that you had initiated. We regret that the recharge was not processed as the transaction was unsuccessful for the order ID FCVW[protected] & FCVW[protected] . If the payment has been deducted from your bank but has not been forwarded to the payment gateway or FreeCharge then the amount is automatically refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days. We request you to contact your bank customer support and quote these numbers (PG ID GSBP[protected] & GSBP[protected] PG BDK) to know further about the status of the transaction. Please remember that you will have to call bank customer support and not visit the branch for this update. Some nationalized banks may take more time than conventional time to credit the amount. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. They will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment gateway to locate the refund. We appreciate your patience & co-operation. Mistake with doing on rechange on my mobile number but send to other number like my number is [protected] but it send mistake on [protected] plzs take and action on the recharge have been done or refund my payment
