My freecharge email Id [protected]@gmail.com; mobile no. [protected] I recharge one of my Airtel number ([protected]) on October 25, 2016 via my debit card, for Rs. 140 /- Above amount Rs. 140 deducted from my bank a/c but I never received recharge on my Airtel number. this particular transaction shows successful. As per our records the transaction with order ID FCVW[protected] is successful against the operator, however there are a few exceptional cases where the operator reverses a transaction status after 48 hours from the time of the transaction. The final status update from the operator’s end may take 1-2 days at times. We are, however, constantly working with the operators to reduce this time delay and will automatically reverse the money to your FreeCharge Credits if the transaction fails.
