[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Refund not receive on first payment | |||||
Dear sir, Yesterday evening around 6:20 pm, i make first transaction from freecharge app using desktop by using promo code 70fc, recharge of rs.110 is successfull. Then i don't get refund of maximum rs. 75, so i make complain to [protected]@freecharge.com, in reply of that they revert me "it's your fault you don't use our promocode at time of recharge", they are closed the complaint as it is not resolved.
