[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Withdrawal from Wallet to bank | |||||
By mistake i have updated my wallet of Rs.10000 instead of Rs.1000 around a week back 17th August. Freecharge tells us that they have an option to withdraw money from wallet back to my bank account provided only after 7 days of time.Ticket No 4132388 I am trying to withdraw since yesterday but the error pops up " Withdrwal limit exceeded". I have no idea about this issue becuase i have not made any withdrwal from this account till date.I have posted queries but only the automated replies are coming with general procedure to withdraw .No user specific/query specific replies from freecharge. With such misleading information "withdrawal limit exceeded" how will use a product to store my money & how can i trust my money is safe. Pl have a time bound to everything & its time for you to start over-the-call complaint resolving service when there is a money storage involved.Mail communications are working only with certain extent & not providing any time bound for solving the issue. Aug 26, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved There has been a restriction to withdraw of 48 hrs for a bank account added in the FC account.
I added my bank account on 24th 5.45 & i was trying to withdraw amount for last two days without any success.Only today 26th Aug 5.45 PM 48 hrs restriction has been lifted & i could able to withdraw amount from my FC wallet to banck account.Freecharge should post all those details clearly in T&C or FAQ's. Although this has not solved by FC customer support atlast am happy i could able to get back my money Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Retaining money in your FreeCharge wallet is absolutely secure and convenient. We would like to inform you that please try to withdraw the money after 24 hours. - Login to your account and click on "Withdraw Money" - Enter your bank account details. - The money will reflect in your bank account in 5 to 7 business days. We would like to emphasize on the mentioned aspects 1. Money that was added less than 7 days back cannot be withdrawn for security reasons. 2. Promotional cash given out by merchants cannot be withdrawn to bank. 3. You can transfer a maximum of Rs.5, 000 in a day and minimum of Rs.100 to your bank account in a single transaction. Additionally, the limit on withdrawal to your account per month is Rs.25, 000. If you still facing the issue in withdraw please write back us with the screen shot of error message to [protected]@freecharge.com so that we will assist you further.
