FreeCharge — Recharge not done, and money not refunded | |||||
I have done a Airtel Prepaid Recharge for Rs 150 through FreeCharge using my SBI Debit Card. The amount is debited but the recharge not done even after 3 days. With in 2 hrs they sent me this message " Dear Sreekumar C R, Smile. Your recharge for Rs. 150 was a smashing success!" but till now the recharge is not done. and amount is not refunded. I have mailed them the issue providing all details 5 times and no response from them ( other than automatic reply) . And the customer care number is not available in the website.
