FreeCharge — Recharge the idea number

I recharged my mobile number with 70 rupees but the data was not credited to my number and money was deducted from my bank account.
I mailed the matter to [protected]@freecharge.com but to my surprise they didn't even bother.

Transaction id :fcvw[protected], wed may 04 2016, 10:28:13 shameful on the part of company. These people r really looting customers.
Please refund my money back asap.
Else all should sue it...
