FreeCharge — Refund of money. | |||||
Sir, I tried to add money to wallet at freecharge for bill payment of Rs.2394 on 13th May 2016, but somehow the transaction failed, the money was debited from my account .I complainted to [protected]@freecharge.com - they replied that the refund would be done within 7 days . I made 3 complaints till now and even now money is not refunded .They are not even giving me proper information that money will be refunded or not.
