I have raised a concern against freecharge app as the team is misguiding customers by saying that recharge is successful but the amount gets deducted from account and recharge is not done. When asked for explaination, team says it is in progress. I do not understand where is the issue lying. Its been more than 1 days i have reported the issue but the team has resolved it. As per our records the transaction (order ID FCVA[protected]) is successful, however there are a few exceptional cases where the operator reverses a transaction status after 48 hours from the time of the transaction. The final status update from the operator’s end may take 1-2 days at times. We are, however, constantly working with the operators to reduce this time delay and will automatically reverse the money to your FreeCharge Credits if the transaction fails. I agree with you Afreen M93. Freecharge app team is known for misguiding their customers. You call them with a query and they will never help you. This is very irritating. I have told my friends to stop using this app as it is so unreliable. You recharge your phone, the money will be deducted from your bank account, but you will never receive the balance in your phone. Because of such problems I had to stop using this app completely. I have deleted it from my phone. Off late I have downloaded the Billbachao app. The app is working well for me. I recharge my Airtel phone number with this app and the balance gets credited in my account instantly. There is no delay. Also, the added benefits o[censored]sing this app are many. You get cashback offers and coupons that help you make more savings on your phone's expenditure. The app is useful for postpaid users too. They can make bill payments online while on the go. Postpaid users too can avail the cashback offer and make savings on their mobile bills.
