[Resolved] Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — Amount transfer to Free charge Wallet is not reflecting | |||||
I initiated the transfer of Rs 1827 /- from axis bank account to the freecharge account. After I did the confirmation payment in Axis bank amount got withdraw from my account and the web page didn't return to freecharge account and page failed. I contact the axis bank and they confirm me that the payment is successful and Axis bank mentioned that Payment Reference # CCADD1NOT158. Even I reach out to CCAVENUE through which the payment is routed and they too confirmed and below is the reply from them. On the basis of information provided by you we have checked our records were able to trace one transaction with the order number: OC-[protected][protected] for an amount INR:Rs 1827.00 & has been successfully processed through us on[protected]:03:30.393 and forwarded to the Merchant -www.freecharge.in . It has been 5 working days but still credit is missing in the wallet. Kindly credit my wallet or refund it back to the bank account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
May 6, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved After waiting for 5 business days I got the transaction amount back in my bank account on following up with them on email. Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
