I tried using freecharge.in to make a bill payment for a mobile. It was urgently required to make the payment Thats why I used online mode. Money got deducted from my bank account but freecharge.in didn't make payment to Aircel for the same. Sent email to freecharge.in twice for the same. They didn't reply to any of the emails.
