[Resolved]  Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — Bses rajdhani bill not paid after successful transaction even after 4 days

I paid my BSES Rajdhani Bill using my Freecharge Account on 3 Jan 2016. The payment was done successfully and the invoice was generated on Freecharge. Order ID is- FCEA[protected] Refer to the attached invoice as well. My BSES Rajdhani CA Number is[protected] Now 72 hours have passed, and even when I am checking my account on BSES website, it still doesn't show any amount that was paid; but on Freecharge, it says no bill is pending.This is my first Electricity Bill Payment through Freecharge and I am seriously disappointed. I do not seem to understand, what is happening and thus I want you to cancel my transaction completely and refund my money as FC credits or bank at the earliest since I raised tickets earlier #2775623 and #2767023 and you asked me to wait for 72 hours and now even after 72 hours my bill is still not paid.

My bill got paid and the payment was reflected in the BSES account. It took around 4 days to happen. The biggest concern with Freecharge is the Customer Care that they have. It's just an email id and besides when you send a mail, a ticket is created but they did not reply for the ticket which I created. When the bill is paid through Mobikwik or PayTM, a small reflection of payment being received is present in BSES Account instantaneously which is not there when we pay through Freecharge. And PayTM and Mobikwik have a much better customer care than Freecharge.

I have paid my amount through Freecharge of my bses bill[protected] and it was successful. But now i have received the message that it is still due. What is going on? I have seen so negative reviews now. Will it get resolved or i have lost my money.
