I have paid elctricity bill(MSEB, Maharshtra board) using freecharge. Money got deducted from my bank account but freecharge didn't make payment to merchant for the same. Both Bill paid on:31Jan16, still not reflected on MSEB website. MSEB Customer ids:[protected],[protected] to which bill payment done. Sent email to freecharge.in twice for the same. Also contacted customer case but no one responded and They didn't reply to any of the emails. As this is utility payment So my electricity may got disconnect. Kindly resolve on priority.
