Hi I have added a bank account to my freecharge profile and i have transferred the freecharge money of my freecharge wallet to that bank account which i added But the problem is instead of account number i have added my card number in bank account section but i have entered right ifsc code So the money is transferred in wrong account which doesnt exists and i didnt get back my money to my freecharge wallet instead they are saying transaction is processed and now it is bank issue and their customer care number is useless and they dnt reply on [protected]@freecharge.in My email id is: mushahid06.[protected]@gmail.com Plz help me Was this information helpful? | |||||
