Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — Neither refunded nor recharged | |||||
I had recharged my mobile no. Of rs.155 using freecharge app on dt.30/04/2016 12:40pm and the amount for the same has been deducted from my bank account. But i had not received recharge yet. I had also communicated with freecharge customer care via email for the same on the same day. They replied me to wait 1-2 days and within 24 hrs they will update my status. I again mailed them on 03/04/2016 for the same but now they are relying me. Now today is 04/05/2016 and i had neither received recharge nor refund. So i request you to plz look in the matter as soon as possible. Though this is small amount but they are looting us. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I can’t see Freecharge’s response below your complaint. I hope they responded to your email or called you back. You can always express your views on their social media pages.
Alternatively, you can try this new app called Bill Bachao.It’s great to avoid such hassles. Ever since I have installed the app, I haven’t faced any transaction decline issues. Also it offers scores of features which are useful to us in curtailing our bill and getting the best connection. The best feature is it suggests suitable mobile recharge plans as per our usage of calls, texts and even app wise data consumption. This feature helps in cost cutting to a considerable extent. For internet connection users, Bill Bachao can check the network signal strength in your area. It will also let you know the connections which have better signal strength in your area.
