Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — Payment deducted from my card but payment is not received by the mobile operator

I have made payment for my mobile bill.
The payment is deducted from the credit card but bill is not paid by the freecharge to the operator.
I have mailed freecharge about that but no respone from their side.
There toll free no dont work.
[protected]@freecharge.com is very careless that they bother about you.

I suggest everyone to delete this app and use some other app.

I m also attaching pic of the transaction made for further reference.

It has been 2 days since i made a transaction of rs 200.i made it on 23-3-16 and its 25th already still my status is in pending state. so either make the recharge or please cancel my transaction and refund my money.

Yesterday I had recharged a videocon dth but till now dth not recharge. But now when i check transaction status that show Transaction Pending. And they did not response neither my email nor my phone call regarding recharge not done. And they are did not refund my cash.
