[Resolved] Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — Payment maid on wrong number and payment not reversed | |||||
I have done payment on wrong no. For my broadband connection. For the same I reach out first to Airtel and the responded that no. does not exist so we can not trace the debited amount. And they advised that talk to freecharge customer care they will trace the payment and reverse your amount. So I tried so many time freecharge customer care no but no one picked up my call I emailed on [protected]@freecharge as well but are not responding satisfactory resolution. In this situation no one is helping me. Please help me with proper solution. And sever my amount ASAP. NOTE- I have provide all evidence which are required to trace the money now freecharge need to work on this issue seriously. Neither I need to take strict action.
