[Resolved] Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — Purchased a 3g pack for my mobile but never received it | |||||
I purchased a 3g package for my mobile on freecharge.in worth rs 294 but its been more than a week since then and i have not got it. The transaction was successful and the money has even been deducted from my bank but these people have not given me the recharge. I have even sent them a couple of mails regarding this issue and they have not even cared to respond. It is such a shame that they do not even have a working phone line with which i could have contacted them. Thank you for expressing your concern on this forum. Not responding to emails is a highly unprofessional attitude. Have you tried getting in touch with Freecharge customer care executives? You can call their customer care and share your grievance with their executives. If they are still not giving a proper solution, then I think you can post a complaint on their social media pages, this will help other people know - how poor their service is.
In any case, for hassle-free recharge transactions, there is one other recharge app that is more reliable. You can install Bill Bachao from Google App Store. I haven’t faced any transaction decline issues in this app so far. It has so many useful features too. The app shows us all the available plans of each operator, we can select the one we like best and it will recharge our phone with that plan only. It also tracks our internet usage, calls and messages. Based on the usage summary, the app will suggest us three best plans that are more suitable for us than other plans. It will also show us how much we save on each plan. Besides, the summary it sends of our internet usage, calls and messages helps us analyze our bill, in which area we spend more.
