Was failed but amount dedect my bank account.My contact no [protected]. i have send e mail so many time but not contact me. kindly refund my amount soon as possiable. company not answer me. always send email. tel me contact within 24 hrs. but not call me. company transaction order id fcvw [protected]. re ticket # 3648177

Today im trying to add 250 on my freecharge wallet it was successfully deducted from bank ac but it was not added on my freecharge wallet where is my 250 rs gone after that im try to contact freecharge cc on [protected], [protected] but both are not answering please help
