Hi This is to inform you that I am unable to make bill payment through my freecharge wallet as I have tried it many times every time the status is pending which I don't know why. I have also raised a complaint before but no solution is done for that ticket no. for that complaint is # 3730421. I have also called to customer care but no one pick up the phone there so solve my issue as soon as possible or tell me why I am unable to make that payment.
