Freecharge.in — Amount debited from my account but they did not pay to MSEB since a month | |||||
I Paid electricity bill through freecharge.in on 3rd Nov 2015 through my vijay.[protected]@gmail.com, Bill due date was 21st Nov 2015 and it has been over now still my bill is unpaid to MSEB. I sent many emails to Freecharge ([protected]@freecharge.com ) but getting irrelevant reply and my issue is not getting resolved. Request you please look in the matter AEAP. Worst service worst customer care support through email i.e [protected]@freecharge.com, They are not even understanding what issue you are having just replying user like anything irrelevant to the issue.
