Freecharge.in — Electrircity bill not paid but money was takken by freecharge

I made a el;ectricity bill payment by using freecharge.in on 23rd nov, amount of 1330 was removed form the bank by freecharge. but till now the bill was not payed by freecharge. already 4 days got over. I complint regarding this to freecharge care for more than 15 times, they are not giving any proper response. The are not providing coustomer support number also. really i am fed up with freecharge. i am really worried. i am feeling very angry and worried now. Please pay my electricity bill before the due date. the deatils are Order ID : FCEA[protected] Date : 23-Nov-2015 . i am attaching the photo copy also. please do the need ful
