[Resolved] Freecharge.in — Money debited; No Recharge; no transaction details; fraud with me! | |||
I recharged my mobile number [protected] (vodafone ) on around 7 pm today Nov 25, 2014, for Rs 50 with the Freecharge mobile app. The transaction was completed at bank's end and so is the money debited from my account But Nothing is showing in my transactions or the freecharge credits What happened to the transaction?? WHERE DID THE MONEY GO? What is this ? Begging for money is better than this kind of fraud. Please forward this complaint to the company as i don't think they will reply to my mail and so that they refund my money immediately as the money is clearly with the freecharge end. Its not just about 50 Rs. Its about the integrity of all the transactions of any customer even if its for Re 10 only. Beware people, a lot of transactions are not durable on this site, anything can happen with your money! (The transaction details from my bank account are in the attachments below) I will go at any level to ban this company if they don't solve this very issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
