Freecharge.in — Payment deducted but not paid to the company

I had paid my electricity bill through freecharge.in as when purchased some items from snapdeal.com, i had got promotional codes from freecharge due to which i was about to get 100 rupees in my freecharge wallet with the help of which i was able to use that money later to recharge or for doing any kind of bill payments. I had paid my electricity bill yesterday. according to freecharge, the payment should be made within 25-30 min. Its been more then a day and the payment is in pending stage. I have raised a query and sent 2 mails already but not got any kind of assistance from the company. Seems like the company is not at all bothered and whole process is very casual for the company.
