Freecharge.in — Recharge successful message came but didn't get recharge

I recharge today of rs 48 on mo. no. [protected] but freecharge only send sms of recharge successful but actually no any recharge done on my mobile number. I confirmed this from telecom operator TATA DOCOMO. Due to thier fault and their message i started using data and my all balance deducted. I want it back again.
