Freecharge.in — My idea postpaid bill payment | |||||
Hello Sir/Madam, please go through the trailing mail. I have paid my postpaid bill online on 23/04/2016 from third party website (i.e.Freecharge.com). last bill payment date from idea was 24/04/2016.But till now my postpaid bill is unpaid. Freechrage telling that idea is not clearing your bill and idea telling me, we have not recieved your bill. Please guide me through this. All the necessary proof and mail are attached herewith. Proof of transaction from the bank :- it shows the amount is debited from my account or credit card.image attached in trailing mail. Order ID or Transaction ID (FCMW[protected]) provided by Freecharge for this transaction.Image attached in trailing mail. Also the follow up taken on daily basis.aslo attached as image. Freecharge.in — Refund is unable to transfer to Bank
My mobile: number is[protected]West Bengal.I have Rs. 25000 in my freecharge account but I can't transfer it to my bank. Tried many times to contact customer support bug fail to contact. Please take my bank details and refund it to my bank.
