Freecharge.in — Since from 24 hrs the status of transaction is pending | |||||
Hi, On 26th November i made a bill payment, up on the successful payment done & amount also debited from my account. But the status showing in transaction history is "Your transaction in pending state" . After some hours i was waiting for the replay for transaction for success. But it is not done. I have raised a ticket against the issue i got replay from Freecharge Care stating that "One of our agents will be in touch with you shortly". it is almost 24 hrs i again replied about the update but no response, I searched for contact number i found two numbers i, e +[protected],[protected] one is Line Busy and other is ringing but no one picking. i had tried a lot but no response, actually the transaction which i made is our company power bill payment yesterday evening line man has come for disconnection upon lot of pressure on me from my manager i was requesting him and showed the freecharge status upon giving me 24hrs time he went, There is no proper support from freecharge, please take some action and please solve the issue soon.
