Freecharge.in — TRANSACTION PROBLEM | |||
I recharged my phone balance twice on the 21 of Nov 2014 through my debit card but the transaction was not successful. In spite of that 200 rupees were deducted from my bank account. The amount is being shown on the credit site of freecharge.com but it is not being refunded. So kindly do the needful and refund the same in my bank account.
