Friendship Clubs — cheated for using smart change card

I am really shocked and disappointed that the smart change card service which you are providing is deducting our money even after the closing balance which i had noted down. My closing balance as on 11/7/2015 after deduction of ₹57 for 1 1/2 Lt. toned milk was ₹597. But today that is 12/7/2015 i had again bought the same 1 1/2 Lt. now the balance is ₹510 instead of ₹540. I don't know how many times this has happened to me and my money is being stolen and i have been cheated. first of all you don't provide any details of deduction through message or through receipt i am returning this card and would not recommend to anyone!!! This incident has happened to me again and again i am sure about it.Maybe the booth people are drawing my money heavily from the day i have started using smart change. I asked why my balance is not that as i noted yesterday but they told me that "its not there mistake maybe i am wrong to check my closing balance" al this rubbish and [censored] was told to me. I had noted my balance just reaching back to my home and today i was shocked!! i would also request you to kindly look into this matter, my purchase of milk is from BOOTH NO. 739 Mayur Vihar Pocket 4 Delhi-110091.
