[Resolved]  Fullerton India — Complaint Against Branch and Customer Care for Incorrect Info and Branch

Dear Fullerton Team, I am one o[censored]r customers having LAN:-[protected] Customer Id :- 4060467. Complaint No.1 1) Misinformation by Branch:- I have foreclosed my above loan via cheque on 15th of Sept 2014. I was informed that we normally close the loan within 5 to 6 days. However the max time limit is 10 days. 2) Call to Customer Care for NOC / NDL:- I called CC Team. To my utter surprise ur 1st CC guy did not know how to properly communicate his language in English was strictly not acceptable. On the 1st instance he said ur loan amt has not been recd. Further on my persuasion he says yes the amount has been recd and it will take 15 working days to foreclose the loan. Post which I can apply for a NOC / NDL. I immediately asked for a supervisor or a manager. Post keeping me on hold for 3 mins. He said no supervisor is available as everyone is busy. On my refusal to end the call finally I was kept on hold again for the 3rd time on the call and then trfrd to a female who presented herself to be a supervisor and was talking to me in Hindi. I again explained her the entire story and she gave me the standard reply of 15 working days for the loan to be foreclosed while I was explaining her my side and my concern she used the words that " Yeh koi tareeka nahin hai " ( Its not the way to talk / behave). Kindly have the call recordings checked for the call made to ur toll free no. on 20th Sept 2014 at 11:31 ( Call duration:- 15 mins 26 sec. I had to end the call with a huge disappointment that the CC guys are so poorly trained on customer etiquette's.with the hold time being so pathetic and what do I say abt the language... Bottomline is I want my loan to be foreclosed and my refund of excess money paid of 16, 000 being transferred to my account asap. Trust me I would never ever recommend Fullerton to anyone. I am still to get the dispatch details of the No due letter which has been dispatched on the 24th of September 2014 as per their records. They are unable to get it and have asked for a time frame till 27th Sept 2014. Strange to hear such kind of a revert.

Plus my refund status is still pending. Overall never ever seen such a pathetic response.
The complaint still remains pending. My No dues letter is dispatched but I am yet to recieve it. As per their mail which was dated 26th Sept they have initiated the Neft of Rs 16111.02 in my account however today is 29th Sept and I am yet to receive it. Their manager Ranjit is untraceable he just does not seem to come on the phone. I have called their no. [protected]. The operator transfers it to his desk and it keeps on ringing on for ages. This is just not happening. I am now worried whether I will receive my refund. The banks will be closed now till 3rd Oct 2014... This seems to be a complaint which is never ending.
Dear Team,

The experience of dealing with u guys is just getting horrendous.Yesterday I had to call you 5 times before getting through to your manager Ranjit E.C.

To be upfront and honest and to add to misery what I have been through the following points where discussed:-

1) That he is still checking with the accounts team for the NEFT done on 26th September 2014. Plus my case was been processed as an exception as the TAT of foreclosing the loan is 15 working days

2) They are still getting hold of the call records for my conversation with the CC team and it was " None of my concern" to question their way of working and their business policies"

3) He was least apologetic about not calling up on time on Friday as promised by 5pm and was blunt enough to say me that he had called up at 6pm and I did not answer the call. I did admit that I missed the call. I had called up within 5 mins of the same however the IVR gave me a msg that its outside working hours.

4) Now the concern is that the NEFT if not processed on Friday due to a Technical issue. It could have been processed on Monday considering the fact that you guys work five days a week and your branches work half a day on Saturday's.

5) Till date on 30th September 2014 I am yet to get the hard copy of my No dues letter. Although the scanned copy of the letter has been recd through the mail.

I would just conclude this mail by saying that I am still unsure about How does Fullerton run its business with such untimely and unacceptable SLA's and just unprofessional customer service approach?

I am still skeptical whether my refund due will be processed today or by which date?
