[Resolved]  Fullerton India — Increased EMI without Notice to the Customer

Hi I have completed all 48 months EMI which suppose to pay as per agreement and loan repayment schedule by Nov'14. Now the customer care are calling me asking about more 3 EMIS to pay till Feb'14 which i blamed by the company. An excess of Rs.11, 554/- is asking me to pay in next 3 months, when i enquired with foreclosure team senior executive to avail any discount they said it is not possible to and with in their hands. This company always want the money even my friends couple of them are forced to pay excess EMIS with out notice. Thinking CIBIL for future loans we are helpless to pay.
