[Resolved]  Fullerton India — NOC not received

My name is HABEESH.C from CALICUT. KERALA and a bike model HONDA PASSION PLUS, Reg. No:KL 11AC 8887 financed from FULLERTON INDIA on 2008 . But till date the above said company has not given my NOC of the Bike till date. Sir, I want to sell this bike and want to new one. But without NOC i can't do this.
Please take this matter urgently and oblige.
