[Resolved]  Fullerton India — Not issuing NOC after 3 years of completion of loan account

My father Mr.V.Chandran taken Business loan from fullerton of loan no:[protected] of amount Rs.50, 000 at karaikudi branch in sivagangai district, tamilnadu on 13 aug 2009. He completed loan on 29 sep 2011 at correct time. After completed loan amount the branch manager told us to collect NOC after ten days but after ten days he replied as NOC not received from main branch. In our Work we forgeted about NOC. But now after 3 years we were receiving a call about that to pay a fine amount of Rs.2791. We cannot pay that amount now I asked why we want to pay such fine they disconnected the call and they calling us daily. The person who came for collecting loan due amount during loan used abused words in front of my house so we didn't paid to him and we directly went to branch office and paid the amount. we didn't complanted it in anywhere but now because o[censored] i am saying this.Our business is not like before. Due to our financial status we cant pay now .Kindly solve this problem and issue our Completion of loan and NOC Form.
