Fun Cinemas — Ac Was not working

Today i went to watch Holiday show at 6.50pm. But there was problem with the A.C. . They were not working at all. I complaint to your manager Avinaash and i really got a very unsatisfying response from him. I don't know how he became the manager fun cinemas Gwalior. I complaint him that AC are not working and he was just saying that I cannot do anything. Is that type of service you offers to your customers ? .. I had to leave show in between what about my money ?.. I think AC charge is also included in ticket so what about AC charge ?.. I want full refund for 7 tickets.. and I am seriously disappointed by the type of service your provide.
