[Resolved]  Godrej Centurion Almirah — No response to complaint for after sales service

I had purchased a Godrej Centurion Almirahin 2010 from Raipur and then on my own cost I took it to Rajnandgaon, around 75 km from Raipur. Around 15 days back I lodged a complaint that the keys of my Almirah has got stuck and I am not able to lock the Almirah. All valuables kept in the Almirah are at risk because of no lock. I was told by the customer care that within next 48 hrs., I will get a technician visiting my place. But till today no one from Godrej has touched me. I doubt if anyone ever will.
I am a government servant who gets posted to interior places. Does that mean that we should not buy Godrej products as they cannot give service to small places?
