[Resolved] Housefull — Incomplete product delivery - fraud | |||
Housefull claims to deliver products within 15 days and assemble the furniture in 48 hours. First there was a delay in sending the product and in spite of numerous follow-up, no on turned up for assembly. All I am left with is a few wooden planks which was delivered to my place. The consumer helpline staff gives unrealistic deadlines (always say - it will happen today without even bothering to check) and are very unprofessional - some to the extent of being rude. I made a mistake by buying online from Housefull. Have paid all the money in advance - and am stuck without the furniture I ordered for. Plus it is irritating to follow-up everyday (the contact centre is unprofessional and it is a task to get any information). I requested to cancel the order and wanted them to refund my money and have the wooden planks picked up - but they say the do not have a cancellation policy for non-assembly! That is just unbelieveable. I regret having bought from Housefull. Never again. Was this information helpful? | |||
