Dear Sir/Mam, My Employee Code No.1110997. I was working as a Sales Manager in your Company. I have left my Job In the month of January and at the same time i have given request for credit my EPF balance in my Account. On this point, I have requested so many times in my Company office but they told me that they have fullfill all the formalities and now i have to go to EPF department. But still there is no confirmation and still i don't have received any amount of EPF. Kindly do needful and also tell me reason that why i am not getting my balance . Waiting for your response.
