[Resolved] Future Group — Disatisfaction of your poor response of replacing new belt | |||
Dear Sir, I bought 2 us polo belts on 30-08-14.One is good.Today I want to use another one, surprisingly the belt has got damaged in so many places.Then I went to Vizag Central for replacing the belt.But in Vizag central they had given poor response even though in C.S.D also.Mr.Mahendra spoke to me these words:-you have complaint in consumer court also we can't do any thing.your executives are helpless.I am the customer o[censored]s polo brand from so many years.I was fully disatisfaction.So pls look in to the matter for positive response&Replace one belt as soon as possible.
