This Is Pramod Rajbhar.I am wraked in Future Group Jan 14th 2010 to 23 Sep 2014 in Kandivali (Big Bazaar) Mumbai.


My PF A/C No. is MH/212480/15504.I fill my pf form on 23/9/2015 but they are reject my form. I again fill My form with my all document 09/09/2015 but they are again reject my form.

Kindly check My matter.And give me a Positive Report.
