Future Retail — Delay in fitting cot

I had purchased a cot from home town, phoenix market city, Bangalore on 15th Aug'14, and the same was delivered on 19th Aug'14. Home town promised for sending technician for fitting of cot within 48Hrs but they failed to do so. I called up the customer care and lodged a complaint with complaint number 5071959.
