Future Step Consulting Pvt Ltd- Join the protest against this Fraud Company. To all survivors I Sagar Patil & Associates based in Mumbai is one of the victims of Future Step Consulting Pvt Ltd situated at b/96, Gurunank Pura Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi .I have paid Rs 10 Lacs as the association fees to this company. Me & my associates came to know about this auto mobile insurance data entry project through a person who was already working for the same project in Mumbai. This was a 10 seater process with a attractive payback amount. Going forward we came across such clauses by which the company can terminate our business association agreement with them and which is not challengable and thus they can cheat us easily. If any person or organisation came across with such miscreant please contact us on following email id [protected]@gmail.com & [protected]@rediffmail.com as we are going to start legal action against this company by forwarding the complaint with Economical Offense Wing Mumbai branch and if needed we can take this matter with the finance ministry of Indian Government. As per your post we believe that you must be sure what you have mentioned over here you should proof your allegation. Moreover I believe you have taken the legal notice very casually which has been send by our end dated on[protected]. Now if we talk about an association fees, we are ready to show an agreement which has been signed and duly notarized by your end itself from Mumbai that you have not made the payment of 10 lakhs for which you are trying to create rumor and also referred person mails and evidence where he and evidences says the same thing that there was not any kind transaction carried out amount of 10 lakhs.
Guys who so ever will review or might comment on this post we would like to say that we have shared the draft agreement and related thing in the month of 30th January 2014 to this person. However he took more than two months to courier agreement as they were so irresponsible elements in this planet and in this mean time they were under operations on our projects and Finally they have couriered the agreement on 20th March 2014 on which they have signed on it at this own place. Now, can anyone tell me if someone taking a time more than a two month in an order to read the agreement terms and after than signing on it and sending to us and later on when we were about to send back the agreement he turn up then he don’t wish to go ahead with the project and claiming false amount. This is because they were not able to work on it as they were so negligent.
Guys, we have already served you legal notice and on which you didn't replied well. We are not hiding our self in any circumstances.
Guys, this matter is already under legal actions taken by our end. So, make sure if someone post needs to give explanation for same else without proof if someone pointing over here then we will serve legal notice in an order to damage the company goodwill and defamation law is applicable under section 499.
