Summary: Order no 2242795 dated 13-10-14 cancelled on 20-10-14 vide cancellation no. 8005879, Rs.30000/- refund pending. Details: I had placed an order for 30 gift vouchers of Big Bazaar of Rs.1000 each on 13th October vide order reference 2242795. On 20th October, I made 4 calls to helpline. Each time I got different replies. Finally person named Sachin at the help center informed me that the order "did not flow into the system due to technical snag". I didn't know what it meant but requested for cancellation. He cancelled the order and gave me a cancellation no. 8005879. Then I called up again on 28th October and was informed that "the cancellation did not flow into the system due to technical reason" and will be done within 24 hours and that I shall receive a confirmation mail. I did not receive any mail so I called up again on 29th October. This time executive with the name of Salman took the call and gave me the same resolution. I insisted to talk to supervisor and was made to speak with Amit. He assured that I shall get confirmation within 24 hours and refund will be processed in 7-8 days. Till 31st October I did not receive any mail so I called up again and spoke with Amit only to get fresh assurance and fresh target date. In the mean time I have been writing mails to customer care but not a single mail is responded. Was this information helpful? | |||
