Dear team, I mr. Ahmed ali holding sbi tata credit card#*. Received a suspicious call today i. E., 16/07/2016. The callers have addressed themselves as sbi employees and detailed me about my redemption points on my sbi card and started he conversation. Redirected me to the ivr process to enter the cvv and later the otp for the transaction for the redemption process. I was convinced with the information what they have. I asked for the employee id and asked few details. Could you please help me if this is a fraudulent transaction. Attached the transaction details received on my mobile number with the time stamps. Now, i believe the sensitive information is open to the fake Callers.This seems to be a security concern with the SBI cards/SBI servers. I have blocked the card and I'm the only person and the the Bank knows about it. But today 19/july/2016 from morning I'm getting continuous calls why I have raised a ticket/concern to block the card. For a reason If I block the card the payment will not be processed.
Below is the number from which I was getting calls again.Asking me o call on this number if I have any concerns. Why would I call her if Bank is processing the transactions/redemption on my card.
