I travel on Garuda every year to Bali for my annual yearly holiday and would not travel with any other airline.
On the last three flight to Bali[protected] our TVs did not work .This was very disappointing as it is a long flight to not be able to pass away the time, especially as I don't like flying and get very anxious when flying.I don't want to travel on any other airlines, I want to stay with Garuda.My husband and I have been travelling with Garuda for the last 20 years that I have been travelling to Bali.I hope you find this feedback helpful.The flight staff advised that we make a formal complaint to Garuda.We would like to comment that all the other services are always fantastic and the staff are amazing.
