[Resolved] Garve Hyundai — Not sticking to sales agreement | |||
This is Rata Agarwal here. I had booked the below car on eve GudiPadwa - March 3th 2014 by paying 2000 INR as booking amount. As per request from sales agent of Garve Motors I made payment of 9000 INR on April 2nd 2014. Car Details Model: Grand i10 Asta Transmission: Auto Fuel: Petrol Delaership: Garve Motors Sales Agent: Alwin Booking date: March 30th 2014 SalesAgent Alwyn At time of booking sales agent gave me his word that the car will be made available latest by April 15th. In between April 2nd and April 15th there was no follow up from Garve motors side despite me calling them number of time to enquire on status. Finally by April 13th I got a call from Garve Motors sales agent team lead informing me that car will be made available only by April 25th. Reason cited was some issue in production line for Garndi10 Asta model. If that was the case I should have been proactively informed about the same. However no one from Garve motors did so. I asked them to refund the money as I could not wait until April 25th and they informed me that they will not be able to refund full amount owing to their cancellation policy. Why should i pay the penalty when Garve motors or Hyundai were not able to live up to the promise made at time of selling the car? Finally, I agreed for a delivery by April 25th as they stated that they will give me a 3000 INR voucher and a body cover to compensate for delay .On April23rd the sales agent called me that car will only be delivered by April10th as alloy wheels have not arrived from Korea. Post that I tried to callback and my phone was not even picked up by sales agent. There after there was no communication from Garve motors side despite of me calling the sales agent dealing with me. Even after delivery, Garve was not able to get my Car registered as I did not have a registered rental agreement. This was made clear at time of sale that buyer (I) will not be providing the registered rental agreement still the sale was made. Once delivery was made salesman told me that, I would be required to pay 3000 INR as to RTO officer to get the car registered. I Garve motors have found a way to get the car registered with the current set of documents, well and good, however they need to bear any and all cost associated with it PLEASE NEVER BUY CAR FROM GARVE. SERVICING
Garve service centre pune is the worst service centre I have ever seen. G.M. service doesn't have even manners. Service executives will follow the GM. Worst worst service.
