Against rqst to IGL for new connection, their team visited my residence to find suitability for allowing this connection about a week back and found that connection can be given. Thereafter, via e-mail I was advised to connect on the subject telephone nos. for sending documents. Regretably these two lines are always engaged resulting in no contact in this regard. Shall be grateful if the said documents (or list, whatever) may be sent to via e-mail at [protected]@yahoo.com so that procedural formalities are completed for early installation of IGL connection.
