Gati — BAD DELIVERY SERVICES

I bought a IPHONE 4 Cover from Amazon around 2 weeks ago, the delivery of which was to be done by GATI courier services and now I come to know that they have noted the address wrong from themselves and they are not even admitting their fault. The customer service executives doesn't even know how to talk to customers... Really BAD service!!!
