As per the agreed terms I have paid 80% payment for relocation from Delhi to Kolkata on the pick up date I.e 13.11.15..They assured me that within 7-10 days they will give delivery.When I asked the status on 22.11.15 they told me that it will another 4-5 days time and asked me to pay remaining 20% payment before delivery else to collect the goods from godown.
